My favorite would probably be the Drunken Clams.

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
Working here, I do things that I can be proud of. I’m making food I have pride in, and that means a lot to me.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
I really like to paint. I paint landscapes.

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
New Orleans. They have such a cool food culture. It would be awesome to incorporate it into our menu.
