I love all of our veggies, but I would have to go with the Short Rib Fettucine.

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
Definitely the people. We have a great group of people that work here, and that brings great people in here for guests as well.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
I love to spend time with my family, refinish furniture and plan my wedding!

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
Connecticut would have to be it…I drive an hour to get to work every day!
