My favorite is the BBQ Brisket Pizza, but I really love everything!

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
Everybody here is like a family. Ive never worked in a place like Blackie’s before. This is a really, really good place to work.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
I love to play with my daughters, play soccer or watch TV and relax.

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
I would open it in West Warwick. I think it would be a good spot for this place.

I love all of our veggies, but I would have to go with the Short Rib Fettucine.

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
Definitely the people. We have a great group of people that work here, and that brings great people in here for guests as well.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
I love to spend time with my family, refinish furniture and plan my wedding!

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
Connecticut would have to be it…I drive an hour to get to work every day!

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
Chef gives a lot of opportunities and she has good people in management too. It is great to be treated for what you are worth. That is why I have stayed here.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
Hang out with the kids! Spending time with my children is very important. They are my everything.

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
Providence, so that it can be even closer to my whole family.

I like to hike, fish and visit new and popular restaurants

On a little corner on the East Side. It has such a hipster, foodie vibe and I feel Blackie’s would be the perfect fit there!

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
This is the best work environment I have ever been in and the best-run restaurant I have ever seen. Chef really listens and takes our opinions into consideration. Because the menu changes frequently, we are always doing something new, different and fun.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
I like to enjoy a drink or two or stay at home playing video games.

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
Maybe near Seekonk. It is closer to my parents and they could visit more often.

I’m a plain Jane guy, I love our chicken wings. I would live on them for sure.

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
The creative dynamic menu and the tight-knit relationship among all of the employees.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
I like to play the guitar and go to new restaurants to try different microbrews and cocktails I have never heard of before.

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
My hometown of Woonsocket. I really think the city could use a cool new restaurant with an exciting atmosphere like we have.

My favorite would probably be the Drunken Clams.

Favorite thing about working at Blackie’s?
Working here, I do things that I can be proud of. I’m making food I have pride in, and that means a lot to me.

Favorite thing to do outside of work?
I really like to paint. I paint landscapes.

If you could open up a Blackie’s anywhere in the United States, where would it be and why?
New Orleans. They have such a cool food culture. It would be awesome to incorporate it into our menu.
