The Pizza Wizard's creation of the day!
Scratch made Sicilian-inspired crust topped with cantaloupe, prosciutto, pistachio spread, pea tendrils, mascarpone and our own fresh, hand-pulled mozzarella and whole milk shredded shredded mozzarella.

Chopped antipasto salad....
Romaine, radicchio, sharp provolone, heirloom tomatoes, garbanzo beans, red onion, pepperoni and cures Italian meats all tossed in a garlic oregano dressing.

From the pizza wizard....
Ricotta, long stem artichoke, roasted red peppers and Sicilian oregano

Classic porchetta....
Brined pork loin rolled into a brined pork belly rubbed with toasted fennel & layered with thin slices of orange. Roasted, sliced and served over marinated cannellini beans. Finished with fresh fennel salad.

Save room for our ooey, gooey sticky bun bread pudding baked to order in a cast iron skillet finished with vanilla bean anglaise & cinnamon.
